Shipping Policy
Turnaround
All goods are made to order and require a 72 hour lead time.
Carriers/Delivery
We use USPS - Priority Mail (approximately 1-3 business days) to ensure your baked goods are still fresh when you receive them.
Local Deliveries are available within Van Buren & Cleburne Counties, AR.
Curbside pickup is also available by Snappy’s Bee Branch, AR.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How To Return An Item
Due to the nature of our products, we will not accept returns, however, if a product arrives damaged due to shipping we will work with you to refund or reship your items. You must notify us upon receiving your package and provide photo evidence of the damaged goods.
Please email alice@milabakerybb.com to request a refund and we will assist you. Be sure to include your name, order number and an image of the damaged item(s).
